Hair Extension Services Update: Availability & Payment Information

Due to fixed clinic days and limited salon space, all hair extension appointments will now be managed by Katie during Natalie’s days off. Please note that simultaneous bookings are not possible due to workspace and aesthetics being a private appointment

Katie’s Availability:

• Mondays (all day) & Thursdays (evenings only)  Occasionally Tuesday evenings (subject to availability)

Clients requiring appointments outside these times may book directly with Katie at her home studio. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.

Katie works with Natalie’s products, colour mats, and systems to maintain consistent quality and standards. Extension maintenance is advised every 8–12 weeks. For matted or tangled extensions, separate removal appointments will be required.

Hair Extension Pricing:

• Standard Full Head (120g): £115

• Thicker Full Head (140–160g): £140

• Half Head (65g): £65

Prices will increase from April 2026.

Payment Policy Update:
Due to increased costs, card payments will no longer be accepted for hair extension services. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (preferred) and cash. Card payments remain available for beauty treatments. Payment must be completed before leaving the salon.
