Aftercare is essential following aesthetic treatments to ensure optimal results and reduce potential side effects. Here's a guide to general aftercare for common aesthetic procedures like fillers, anti-Wrinkle, microneedling, chemical peels.

Avoid Touching the Area: Don't touch, rub, or apply pressure to the treated areas for at least 24-48 hours.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help maintain the filler's effects and promote healing.

  • Avoid Alcohol and Blood Thinners:

    For 24-48 hours, avoid alcohol, aspirin, and other blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed) to reduce bruising.

  • Cold Compresses: Use cold compresses for any swelling, but avoid pressing too hard on the area.

  • Limit Exercise: Avoid intense exercise for 24-48 hours, as increased blood flow can worsen swelling and bruising.

  • Sleep Elevated: For the first night, try to sleep with your head elevated to reduce swelling.
